Ziggurat

The Sumians are building a ziggurat. They are building it out of blue and red cubes with a volume of one cubic meter. The ziggurat will be built in 32 layers that are centered on top of each other. From the top, the number of stones in the layers will go 1, 4, 9, 16, 25... All layers will be square. All stones that are visible on the outside are going to be blue and all stones that are not visible from the outside are going to be red. Red cubes weigh 2100 Kilograms each and blue cubes weigh 2700 Kilograms each. What percentage of the ziggurats mass is in the blue cubes? Round your answer to the nearest tenth of a percent.
